Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

The item is unused and in its original condition

Original packaging is intact

Proof of purchase is available

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal care items may be non-returnable.
Any such exclusions are clearly indicated at the time of purchase.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider

Exchanges

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
